Dileep Khele has been with the industry , in engineering, manufacturing and quality for 30 + years now. His experience is in diverse aspects like Business process optimization , business software related support in ERP and improvement is manufacturing – Quality systems. He also has hands on experience to deal with Labour force and many types of Unions.

Mr. Khele was head of Manufacturing and Inventory control as Sr. Manager in Thermax Babcock & Wilcox Ltd. Before that he had held senior positions in SKF Bearings, Metal Box (Kharagpur), Kinetic Engineering (Pune & Ahmednagar) in Manufacturing and Quality. .

• During his industry experience of 30 + years , added to it his 20 years as a free lance consultant, Mr. Khele has worked in the areas of Business Process Optimization (rationalization), improving manufacturing capabilities, efficiency improvement with . specialization in Operations & Production Management, Materials Management / Supply Chain Management & Logistics Management ,Procurement Management of Large Engineering Projects, Inventory management and problem resolution in the areas of o ERP selection, enhancement, o workflow set up defining, o establishing ERP software inputs for business operations  analysis,  reviews and Mr. Khele has taken part in activities of Pune Management Association, PMI Pune Deccan India Chapter and Computer Society of India. .

Mr. Khele is a Mechanical Engineer. He has various professional associations like Materials Management from IIM Ahmedabad, Production Planning and Control, Inventory Management from NITIE, Mumbai ,Certified business process professional from BPM, Allen Griffin & Lloyds certified ISO lead assessor , Participation in Pune Chapter Project Management Association activities and a Life member of WIAA (Western India Automobile Association).
